ooh, me likes. lots of crazy movement and action going on. the colors fit it just right, methinks. seems to be a huge field of view. very epic and still intense. nice work
yea it was supposed to be epic enough - like in Akira´s showdown scene when everything just starts to build up...
Im not 100% satisfied though, there were supposed to be diamonds on the branches but the paper was not good enough, this was painted on a bit thinner paper so transparency was a bit hard to create.
thanks
A late comment. I've kept it in my devwatch deviantions for a long time now, waiting for a good moment to write to it.
This one really pleases my eyes - making details when there's not where to take details from (=irl) is something I admire. I really don't have much imagination - I just draw things that I have seen somewhere somehow and make them together. But yet this is not just one of those "red canvas with a black dot on the middle", it has many things in it - I can't name them all, but they are there. It's interesting. Makes me think more what they are, why they are, where they came from and what they do. And the space you have... just like a sky - the 3dness in your pictures is really good. How things go small, but yet closer they are bigger. I really need to learn from this too...
Somehow... I wish there was blood red in the picture, though. Just a little small part somewhere.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
