This is my first red wax intaglio print. Before I got this one finished
I made several tests with those 3 plates individually. I also printed a total of 2 works with all those three. We used red wax. I chose to use tainted leaves of a chinese rose, 3 plectrums, tainted flowers of some plant unknown to me and some miscallenous other plants as such. The 6 lines were drawn manually with a stick. Natural size is a bit bigger than a3. You can find a picture of the copperplates here. |
